I’m smiling just thinking about all the fun you’re going to have today.

I'm smiling just thinking about all the fun you're going to have today.

For a transportation aid: Getting to the Adventure Aquarium has never been easier. As a part of their Shark Shuttle service, from now until August 17, you can get picked up at Love Park, Independence Visitor Center or Reading Terminal Market in Center City and taken by shuttle to Penn's Landing where you'll hop on a ferry to get to the aquarium. The shuttle departs from Love Park every hour starting at 9:30 a.m. and the ferry leaves Penn's Landing every hour starting at 10 a.m.

For an Olympic-themed lesson: You know when you're watching the Olympic Games and you find yourself thinking "I wish I could do that"? Well, such a desire is now a reality at the Igloo Ice Rink. Take a two-hour curling lesson starting at 6 p.m. in Mount Laurel, NJ.

For brain activity: Watch an online lecture about morality and then discuss it tonight at Good Karma Cafe in Washington Square West at 6 p.m.

For an optical illusion: Philadelphia magician Ran'D Shine, whose credits include performing at the Presidential Inaugural Ball in 2009, will perform for all ages at 7 p.m. at the Easttown Library in Berwyn, PA.

For show-offs: Break out your best Whitney, Madonna or RiRi cover at karaoke tonight at 12 Steps Down in the Italian Market from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.
