The long weekend is almost here. Kick it off a little early, we won't tell.

For a tale as old as time: The Disney classic "Beauty and the Beast" hits the stage at the Surflight Theatre in Harvey Cedars, N.J. at 6 p.m. tonight.

For a Made in America preview: While the artists playing at this weekend's festival may have been Made in America, the musicians performing at World Café Live at 7 p.m. tonight were all Made in Philly. Doors open at 6 p.m. in University City.

For a finale: The final Screenings Under the Stars at the Great Plaza at Penn's Landing is tonight with a viewing of "The LEGO Movie" at 8 p.m.

For a ghostly walk: Learn about paranormal activity in Cape May as you trek to the Cape May Lighthouse and climb to the top. The one-hour tour leaves from the Washington Street Mall Information Booth at Ocean Street at 8:45 p.m.

For a dance party: Hit the dance floor hard at The Dolphin Tavern for deep house cuts for a free party tonight at 10 p.m. on South Broad.
