For a closing performance: New Hope, Pa.'s Bucks County Playhouse closes the curtain on their latest production, "Vanya & Sonia & Masha & Spike" today at 3 p.m. The show, about a B-list movie star who visits her dysfunctional siblings, is directed by Tony nominee Sheryl Kaller.

For the ultimate talent search: Local musicians will perform at World Café Live in West Philly for a chance to score a set time at Made In America later this month (and a bunch of other cool prizes). See the show — doors open at 4 p.m. – and vote for your favorite area act.

For a nautical feast: Four restaurants on (or near) 13th Street, Lolita, Barbuzzo, Jamonera and Little Nonna's, begin their summer seafood menu specials today. You'll be treated to menu items containing of crab, shrimp, swordfish and more in addition to specially prepared cocktails. Dinner begins at 5 p.m.

For an illusion: Grandiose spectacles like disappearing showgirls and levitation are on tap for "Magique," a family-friendly magic show by performers Kevin and Caruso. Tonight's show hits the stage at the Tropicana in Atlantic City, N.J. at 7 p.m.

For a happy hour: Go ahead, indulge in the Shark Week mania at this Landshark happy hour, starting at 8 p.m. at Old City's Plough and the Stars.
