Five things to do today – Three Stooges shorts, Shark Week party, Beach Boys concert

Well this looks fun!

Well this looks fun!

For a ritual: Once every four years the "Treaty of Renewed Friendship" is signed by members and friends of the Lenape Nation of Philadelphia. That day is today, and at 1 p.m. the Penn Museum will host the ceremony and passing of the wampum. Guests are invited to stay to check out the South Street museum's "Native American Voices" exhibit.

For a trio of goof: Ambler, Pa.'s Ambler Theater will show classic Three Stooges shorts from the 1940's starting at 7 p.m. The two-hour throwback is hosted by the Three Stooges Fan Club.

For a Shark Week party: Television's most dangerous week is celebrated starting at 7 p.m. at The Institute in Northern Liberties with $2 retro Narragansett cans, screening of "Jaws," Shark Week programming and "Sharknado."

For a toe-tapping time: Music that both kids and parents can enjoy? You bet. The folk-pop family hits from ten-piece Makin' Music come to Rose Tree Park in Media, Pa. at 7:30 p.m. tonight.

For some fun, fun, fun: For the past 50 years The Beach Boys have been making summery hits like "Surfin' USA" and "California Girls." Hear all the classics tonight at Aston, Pa.'s Sun Center Studios. Doors are at 7:30 p.m.
