Who has two thumbs and five things to do today?

For shoppers: Its okay—let that money burn a hole in your pocket. The latest Chestnut Hill Clover Market on Germantown Ave offers one-of-a-kind antique and vintage finds from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today. Today’s vendors include Brandywine View Antiques, Art Star crafts and Manic Muse jewelry.

For a flag-bearing festival: The first day of the Betsy Ross House Flag Festival is today and at noon, they’ll hold a flag retirement ceremony at the Old City historical site.

For kids who don’t mind getting their hands dirty: Find out what kind of fish and insects inhabit Harper’s Run and Pennypack Creek at Lorimer Park in Huntingdon Valley, PA at 2 p.m.

For oyster shuckers: Meet growers and taste their oysters at Oyster House’s Oh Shucks event. Oysters from six different farms will be available for tasting from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Center City restaurant.

For a barely-there contest: Area Hooters waitresses will compete in a regional swimsuit competition in hopes of moving on to the final round in Las Vegas. Today’s competition starts at 4 p.m. at the Tropicana in Atlantic City, NJ.
