The first-ever Philadelphia Podcast Festival will feature memorable shows from PhillyCAM and The Pincushion from Friday, August 2 through Saturday, August 3.

The brand-new festival celebrates the developing age of audio programming with creative and entertaining shows that everyone will enjoy.

Friday's lineup features PhillyCAM, a free-of-charge Q&A panel with local podcasters discussing the importance of independent media.

Then on August 3, Podcast Fest will spotlight Allie Harcharek and Jo Pincushion from the hilarious podcast The Pincushion. Special guests Rev-MacKenzie Moltov and Rodney Anonymous of The Dead Milk Men will pop by the recording for an even grander time.

There are always two events going on simultaneously during Podcast Fest, so feel free to hang around and listen to all the wonderful recordings available during the festival.

Other podcasts featured includeTalkadelphia, Sex with Timaree, Talking Nerdy, Potent Brew, Rep Radio, Gettin’ Close, Podcheese, Comedy Food Sports, Trailer Trash and Stark Raven Mad.
