Eastern State Penitentiary kicks off 'Terror Behind the Walls'

Terror Behind the Walls, America’s largest haunted house, is located inside the massive castle-like walls of Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia, PA. The air is getting the cooler, the leaves are beginning to change and fall, and everyone is starting to prepare for the spooky Halloween festivities.

Eastern State Penitentiary is kicking off their world-famous, not-to-be-missed Terror Behind the Walls production known for being one of the scariest 'haunted' experiences ever.

The full production takes place in the historic Eastern State Penitentiary – which is rumored to actually be haunted – and features Hollywood-quality sets, actors in full spooky garb and makeup, custom-designed props, lights sounds and animatronics that will just scare the living daylights out of you. Each year, they push the envelope just a bit more than the last.
