Drake, Run DMC, and more are added to Made In America Festival

The Made In America Festival already has one of the best biggest and most diverse lineups of any event this year, and somehow it just got even better by adding some of the foremost names in Hip-Hop, Rock, and Alternative music.

The Made in America Festival is without a doubt one of the most anticipated events this fall, and just when we thought this event couldn't get any better, Live Nation, Budweiser, and many more sponsors have managed to pull out even more stops.  Joining a stacked lineup that already includes Jay Z, Pearl Jam, Skrillex, Calvin Harris, Passion Pit, and Afrojack will be Drake, Chris Cornell, Run DMC, Jill Scott, Alesso, Gary Clark Jr, The Hives, Nicky Romero, DJ Shadow, Otto Knows, Michael Woods, and Burns.  We are truly speechless.  This kind of talent all in one weekend is going to be epic to say the least.

Among the recent additions the most exciting has to be the reunion of Run DMC.  This performance marks the first time Joseph "Run" Simmons and Darryl "DMC" McDaniels have performed since the 2002 death of Jason "Jam Master Jay" Mizell.  This inclusion just further exemplifies the thought and effort put into making this the biggest and best event of the entire year.

The two day festival set to take place on Sept. 1st and 2nd will take over Benjamin Franklin Parkway and will feature 3 separate stages to accomodate the different styles and genres.  While the first round of early bird tickets have sold out, $135 early bird tickets are still available, and on August 3rd at noon single day tickets will go on sale at $75 per day.
