Discover the latest dance music at this month’s Third Thursday Live and Local at Race Street Pier on July 18, featuring Philly music powerhouses Young Robots and Worldtown Sound System.

Sponsored by the Delaware River Waterfront, this new monthly music spotlight is taking on the beats of the best dance music from Philly and beyond.

Young Robots’ DJ Apt One curates an eclectic mix of beats from local underground dance artists for the record label's latest compilation, Philadelphia Maneto. The mixtape–which includes local favorites like Nicos Gun, The Downtown Club, Pink Skull and Daft Punk collaborator Todd Edwards–showcases the burgeoning talent from the Philly area.

While DJ Apt One exhibits the best local dance tunes, Worldtown Sound System is sharing their finds of the most entertaining dance music from all across the world. Worldtown Music Director Ben Arsenal celebrates the incredible diversity within the dance genre with a bumpin’ set that will definitely get the crowd moving.

Get on your dancing shoes and join this local celebration of the world’s best dance music.
