Dave Chappelle will play new comedy club Punch Line

Dave Chappelle will headline Fishtown's new comedy club, Punch Line. Chappelle will open the Live Nation club with four shows, at 7 and 10 p.m. on July 5 and 6. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, and come in at $75, not including the usual comedy club two drink minimum.

Punch Line is in previews now, with shows from Joe DeRosa, Nick Griffin and a show benefitting fallen police officers before Chappelle comes to town for the official opening.

Chappelle, who usually plays larger venues than Punch Line's 300-seat capacity, last came to the area in October of last year.
