Next Sunday, December 9th, Sarah Kate Burgess will be holding a do-it-yourself ring-making workshop at Grizzly Grizzly in conjunction with her "share" for Community Supported Art (CSA).
Participants will have the opportunity to create rings, or small sculptures, from paper of various weights, colors, and textures through various paper folding techniques. The workshop will emphasize quick and creative thinking without the use of complicated tools. Both tools and paper will be provided, but registration is limited to 20 participants. Burgess has run multiple DIY workshops across the country including: the Philadelphia Art Alliance, The West Collection Make Series, and the John Michael Kohler Art Center.
