For all of you Center City slickers who have been hearing about how delectable Federal Donuts fried chicken and donuts are but think their location in Pennsport is just too far, you're in luck.
Rumors are swirling around that Federal Donuts will be expanding to 16th and Sansom, adjacent to the Philadelphia Chutney Company. The new location is said to be open from 7 am to 7 pm daily.
So, Center City, get your mouths ready for some unique donuts (such as Mandarin S'mores, Vanilla-Lavender, and Jalapeno are typical best sellers), fried chicken, and delicious coffee. They are hoping to be open within the next couple of months.
