While the brightest stars of Hollywood’s movie scene walk down the red carpet on Sunday, you could be sitting pretty at one of Philadelphia’s premiere Oscar parties.

This Sunday, Mar. 2 starting at 6 p.m., you can enjoy all of the glamour of the 86th annual Academy Awards from inside The Ritz-Carlton’s 10 Arts Lounge (10 S. Broad St.), a stunning and sophisticated venue within one of the city’s most historic buildings.

Put on your finest suit or gown then kick off the night with a complimentary happy hour featuring Peroni beer and Casamigos Tequila cocktails and enjoy light bites and desserts from the bistro. At 7 p.m., when the Oscar’s begin, drinks will return to normal prices and be pay-as-you-go. You can sit back and relax as you watch the ceremony on large screens throughout 10 Arts.

For such an alluring event packed with food, drink and a ‘front row’ seat to one of Hollywood’s biggest nights you’ll be surprised to know that it’s totally free to attend. All you have to do is RSVP by Thursday, Feb. 27 by email or phone at 267-687-0224.

If you can't attend, you can always tune in to watch the show on ABC.
