On February 12th, 2013, Philadelphia nail art company Nail Tite will host an exclusive screening of NAILgasm, the premiere documentary on the global nail artist movement, at the Asian Arts Initiative. Featuring interviews and work by notable nail artists in many cities, NAILgasm explores how this trend went from being championed in niche communities to the world's biggest popstars, and it's surprising impact on women entrepreneurs.
In conjunction with the National Constitution Center’s world-premiere exhibition, "American Spirits: The Rise and Fall of Prohibition", Art in the Age of Mechanical Reproduction will debut their latest exhibit "Art in the Age of Prohibition" during a special First Friday reception on February 1, 2013.
