The National Constitution Center has completely redesigned its Headed to the White House exhibition, first seen in 2008, and will roll it out for a run from Presidents' Day to Election Day.

The Free Library of Philadelphia has pulled together a speaker series exploring the presidency, and the American Philosophical Society will open the third, and final, exhibition exploring the enigmatic legacy of the nation's third president, Thomas Jefferson.

Beyond the political, the third version of the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts will unfold April 8-23, pulling in more than 60 events, climaxing with a Broad Street fair.
