Rank and File: Union vs. San Jose

The numbers this week are not so good.

Chris Seitz: 5.20
- "Seitz should have stopped the second goal. Alvarez only had one way to go against Harvey and, from that angle, a small piece of the goal at which to aim." (Nathan M.)

Cristian Arrieta: 3.60
- "Danny Califf appeared furious at Arrieta following the first goal. That anger was justified. Arrieta has skills, but these catastrophic lapses occur at least once a game and it is killing the team." (Nathan M.)

Danny Califf: 4.60

Jordan Harvey: 4.00
- "Has to take the foul, there is no doubt about it, even if it means taking a red card as well. In the 90th minute you do what you have to." (Dan Gontkof)

Michael Orozco Fiscal: 4.60
- "Orozco Fiscal has a cannon of a shot. He needs to take these chances more often, and hopefully convert a high percentage of them." (Andrew Dillon)

Fred: 6.60
- "Fred showed up to play. He not only tallied his second of the season, but should've had his third as well. He's finally starting to show why Nowak made moves to acquire him." (Andrew Dillon)

Andrew Jacobson: 5.40

Stefani Miglioranzi: 5.60

Shea Salinas: 4.75
- "I feel bad for Salinas. Coming on as a sub versus your old squad doesn't really provide enough time to make them regret leaving you exposed in the Expansion Draft." (Andrew Dillon)

Roger Torres: 3.50
- "Two useless free kicks by Torres at the worst possible time." (Nathan M.)
- "The midfield in general controlled play anbd had possession for a majority of the game, but the final ball was terrible time after time. Thirteen games into the season, no goals off of corners. It's alot of poor service." (Dan Gontkof)

I have to say I disagree with this rating. Yeah, his free kicks weren't so great, but that pass he sent through for Sebastien Le Toux was really something. That the play didn't result in a goal wasn't Torres' fault.

Sebastien Le Toux: 5.80

Jack McInerney: 4.40

Alejandro Moreno: 4.60

Danny Mwanga: 6.20
- "Not sure if he was lucky or good on the assist, but let's give him the benefit of the doubt." (Nathan M.)
