Games to Watch: Dramatic end to MLS regular season

Manchester City at Manchester United

10:00 a.m. Sunday (NBCSN, Telemundo)

The Manchester derby always produces fireworks, especially in recent years when both teams have been powerhouses. Expect the same in the 170th all-time meeting of the city's red and blue halves. Sergio Agüero and City sit atop the Premier League, but Memphis Depay and third-place United would overtake them with a win.

Southampton at Liverpool

12:15 p.m. Sunday (NBC, Telemundo)

New Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp's first Premier League home game is one of the most anticipated contests of the English season. The charismatic German will get big boosts from Anfield's passionate crowd and the return from injury of striker Daniel Sturridge.

Brazil at United States women

2:30 p.m. Sunday (Fox Sports 1)

You'll see familiar names from the World Cup in this marquee friendly at Orlando's Citrus Bowl, but the buzz will be around the new crop of players on coach Jill Ellis' roster. In particular, watch for two players from European club powers: central defender and Lehigh product Gina Lewandowski (Bayern Munich), and 21-year-old attacking dynamo Lindsey Horan (Paris Saint-Germain).

D.C. United at Columbus Crew

5:00 p.m. Sunday (Fox Sports 1, Fox Deportes)

For the first time ever, Major League Soccer has scheduled simultaneous kickoffs on the final weekend of the regular season in order to increase the drama of the playoff race. So while the Union are hosting Orlando at PPL Park, there will be three other concurrent Eastern Conference showdowns. D.C.-Columbus is the big one, with a bye into the conference semifinals at stake. A draw will be enough for Fabian Espindola's United, while Kei Kamara's Crew need all three points from a win.

Los Angeles Galaxy at Sporting Kansas City

7:00 p.m. Sunday (ESPN, ESPN Deportes)

Sporting defender Matt Besler will have his hands full trying to keep red-hot striker Robbie Keane off the scoreboard. This is one of six games played at the same hour, with five in the West and one in the East. All the Western games have playoff implications, as seven teams vie for six spots. In addition to sixth place Kansas City hosting second place L.A., first-place Dallas hosts seventh-place San Jose; third-place Vancouver hosts Houston; fifth-place Seattle hosts Real Salt Lake; and fourth-place Portland hosts Colorado.

The eastern game is Chicago hosting the New York Red Bulls, who are tied with Dallas for MLS' best overall record. Either the Red Bulls or Dallas will claim the Supporters' Shield and the CONCACAF Champions League berth that comes with it.

In addition to ESPN's televised game, the network will also stream all the other simultaneous games live and free of charge via ESPN3.com.
