WWE signs two new talents; no word on status of independent stars

The WWE signed two prospects that recently took part in a tryout at the company's performance center in Orlando, according to a report from PWInsider.com.

The company signed Dylan Mile out of Colorado and Leah Van Dale, a former New England Patriots and Los Angeles Lakers cheerleader.

According to the report, Van Dale's father, Paul Van Dale, wrestled briefly for the company during the 1990s.

Among those at that tryout were independent stars, Joey Ryan, Eddie Edwards and Davie Richards. According to PWInsider, there is no word on whether any of the three have been signed by the company yet.

Edwards and Richards are both former Ring of Honor World Champions, but neither is currently signed to ROH contracts, which should make it easier for them to finally make the jump to the big time.
