The WWE gets some things wrong, but there are times where the company get things 100 percent right.
WWE grants numerous wishes through the Make-A-Wish Foundation on an annual basis. About a year ago, WWE granted one to Connor Michalek of Hampton Township, Pa., who was suffering from pediatric brain cancer.
Michalek’s wish was to meet his favorite WWE superstar Daniel Bryan. His wish was not only granted, but he gained a new friend in the WWE superstar.
About a month before WrestleMania 30 this year, Michalek’s father, Steven, was given the unfortunate news that his son would not have much time left to live. WWE, in an effort to make Michalek’s final days memorable, invited him to a WWE show in Washington, D.C. and gave him front row tickets to WrestleMania 30, where he got to witness his favorite superstar Bryan win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
