The San Francisco 49ers received some extra motivation in the form of a surprise visit from WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair.

Flair dropped the 49ers’ final meeting Saturday before their Wild Card playoff game against the Packers in frigid Green Bay, Wisc. Sunday.

Flair told the team how he was honored that they were such big fans and said that his heart was with San Francisco (no pun intended).

Flair is scheduled to be in Baltimore Monday night for "Old School Raw."

UPDATE: Flair's pep talk must have had a real effect on the 49ers, as they used it to propel them to 23-20 victory over the Packers to advance to the NFC Divisional playoffs.

After shaking Flair's hand, Colin Kaepernick threw for 227 yards and ran for 98 more on seven carries.
