Steve Austin wasn't kidding, reaches out to DeSean Jackson again

WWE Hall of Famer "Stone Cold" Steve Austin was not kidding when he gave Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson some advice via Twitter last week.

In fact, he was very serious.

During the most recent episode of his podcast, "The Steve Austin Show," Austin briefly addressed why he reached out to Jackson last week during the opening segment and said he was sincere in his extension of the olive branch.

"This is the last time I'm going to do this because I can't stand a damn thief," Austin said.

"Hey, I'm telling you, [this is] the last time I'll reach out to you, DeSean. Look me up, brother on Twitter, send me a direct message, I'll get you hooked up. It sounds like you might have had your stuff locked up in something DeSean, but you didn't have it locked up in something of high enough quality. To lose that kind of money, to lose that kind of jewelry, to lose two hand guns — that is not good. That is unacceptable."

"People out there are desperate. They're going to break into things, but they ain't going to break into a Fort Knox Safe. If you want look me up, look me up and I'll hook you up with a Fort Knox Safe. This is not a promotional stunt. This is me trying to help a brother out," he added.

@DeseanJackson10 Heard you lost some $$$ to thieves. DM your info and I'll hook you up with a Fort Knox safe. pic.twitter.com/maUuCy3LGt

Jackson's house in Philadelphia was broken into a couple of weeks ago where the assailants made off with more than $250,000 in cash and jewelry and a hand gun.

Austin said that this was going to be the last time he was going to address Jackson's situation. The ball is now in Jackson's court.
