Report: Dish Network will not carry WWE Elimination Chamber

A major ramification of the WWE Network has come to pass, as Dish Network will not carry the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, according to James Caldwell of PWTorch.com.

According to the report, WWE hopes to settle the problem with Dish Network before Sunday's pay-per-view.

WWE released a statement on the matter:

"WWE is pleased that the majority of our cable and satellite pay-per-view distributors are giving our fans an option to purchase traditional pay-per-views as we prepare to launch WWE Network on Monday, Feb. 24. Unfortunately, DISH will not be doing so. We hope DISH will reconsider for this Sunday's Elimination Chamber pay-per-view and especially for WrestleMania 30."

WWE could potentially run into a major problem if their other pay-per-view carriers follow Dish Network's lead.
