Now that The Undertaker's famous undefeated streak has ended, we can now look back it in its entirety. The Undertaker vs. Triple H (20-0)

WrestleMania XXVII in 2011 represented the closest that anyone had ever come to ending The Undertaker's undefeated streak at WrestleMania.

Triple H, with a sledgehammer in hand, was seemingly moments away from making history before being locked into the Gogoplata by a prone Undertaker and being forced to submit.

Although the victor, The Undertaker did not walk out of that match. He was carted out. This apparently left The Undertaker fuming for a year and put him in the position to demand a rematch with Triple H in an effort to prove that his victory the year before was no stroke of dumb luck.

Triple H reluctantly accepted, but under one condition: Hell in a Cell.

In a match that was billed "The End of an Era," The Undertaker walked into WrestleMania to complete his one and only trilogy at the showcase of the immortals and with the deck seemingly stacked against him.

Not only was he going against the man that had him dead to rights the year before, the special guest referee was his opponent's best friend in Shawn Michaels. He also walked win with a new haircut. The Undertaker shaved his head during his time away from the WWE and sported a Mohawk, which was a jarring change for the Demon of Death Valley.

The match itself was a brutal affair between two men that had plenty of tread on the proverbial tires. Fifteen years prior, the chair shots that The Undertaker and Triple H traded would have hurt, but they wouldn't have registered all that much.

In 2012, however, with both men north of the age of 40, the chair shots hurt, left marks and bruises, and looked increasingly more devastating than the one before it.

To go along with the brutality, there was a lot of storytelling in the match with Triple H constantly demanding that Michaels end the match after doing a significant amount of damage to The Undertaker.

Michaels couldn't bring himself to stop the match and cringed with every devastating blow just like all of the fans watching. Eventually, The Undertaker mustered up the strength to gain the upper hand and put Triple H in a position where he knew that he had met his match.

Like Michaels had done the year before, Triple H went down in defiance, as The Undertaker finally finished him to extend his streak to an awe-inspiring 20-0.

Michaels' facial expression told the story as he kneeled down over Triple H's battered body. Meanwhile in the background, fireworks shot into the air to celebrate yet another notch in The Undertaker's flawless WrestleMania record.

The Undertaker eventually helped Michaels get Triple H to his feet and the three ring generals that had put as many miles on their bodies as they had driven on the roads around the country made their way up the ramp. After all of the brutality, there was still a ton of mutual respect between the three.

The image of the three greats standing on the top of the ramp remains iconic.
