Arizona officials initially believe that James Hellwig, better known as The Ultimate Warrior, may have died from a “massive heart attack,” according to a report from TMZ.com.

According to the report, Hellwig was walking down a hallway with his wife at the Gainey Suites Hotel in Scottsdale, Ariz. when he suddenly clutched his chest and fell to the ground.

Hellwig was then transported to a nearby hospital where he died. TMZ sites sources connected to the situation that say he suffered a “catastrophic medical event” and that there is no evidence of drugs or alcohol being a factor in his death.

Hellwig’s autopsy will be conducted by the Maricopa County Medical Examiner Thursday.
