The 16-year run of Stella Blu (101 Ford Street, West Conshohocken) will end after dinner Jan. 27 as its building has been sold.

But the space will not be dark for too long. Sean Weinberg of Alba in Malvern and Biga in Bryn Mawr plans to open Imbibe Food & Drink, a small-plates specialist with a focus on wine and cocktails, toward the end of March.

Meanwhile, owners Kim Strengari, Marianne Gere, and Michael Golden of the Conshy Girls Restaurant Group are planning to launch Stella Blu as a virtual restaurant in 2018, doing delivery of favorite dishes.

The partners also own Southern Cross Kitchen and Gypsy Saloon in Conshohocken and Gypsy Blu in Ambler.
