Brick & Mortar, the gastropub in the Goldtex building, just north of Chinatown at 315 N. 12th St., has concluded a two-year run.

Meanwhile, Elixr coffee's new roastery/cafe next door, at Wood Street, is on track to open in November, said owner Evan Inatome.
