Bernard Dehaene, owner of Society Hill's Zot, confirms that the Belgian hangout is on the market after a little over two years.

Turn key operation to be taken over, full liquor entertainment license,2 years in operation all new equipment, 8 year lease with 10 years option and or purchase of building, new lease is negotiable as well.

"I'm weighing my options," Dehaene told me, adding that he has absolutely no plans to close. He and his wife had a baby -- Elvis -- five months ago, and he says they're feeling the strain.

Asking is $250,000.

Clever ! Selling 100% percent of the business for $250,000 when you only own less than 50% percent of the business. Apparently Elvis' brain has left the building. Caveat Emptor, fraud.....
