As the Yankees prepare to head out of town, a few straggler World Series sightings...

Catcher Jorge Posada lunched at El Vez today on shrimp ceviche and a side of plantains. During the meal, a Yankee fan spotted him and had the catcher's tab sent to him. (Love it. Dude has a four-year, $52.4 million contract and someone pays for his lunch?)

Saturday found Derek Jeter, girlfriend Minka Kelly, and two others having a late lunch (Thai chicken skewers, French onion dumplings) on the mezzanine at Continental Mid-town.

On Sunday, former Phillies outfielder Pat Burrell  -- all decked out in Phillies gear -- joined a party of five at Butcher & Singer. He had the wedge salad, an 8-ounce filet (medium) and stuffed hash browns, and they all left at 8 to head to Game 4.
