The National Association of Broadcasters is out with Marconi Awards finalists.

WMMR, Pierre Robert, WOGL up for top prizes

The National Association of Broadcasters is out with its finalists for its Marconi Awards.

Pierre Robert of WMMR (93.3) is among five nominees for major-market personality.

WMMR is one of five nominees for rock station of the year.

WOGL (98.1) is among the five nominees for top oldies station.

Among the personalities in the syndicated catergory heard here are Dr. Laura, Steve Harvey, and Tom Joyner.

The winners will be announced on Sept. 30 at the NAB Marconi Radio Awards Dinner & Show held during the 2010 Radio Show in Washington, D.C.
