The Garces restaurant at 20th and Sansom Streets is hit by a cab.
It may serve what many think is the top burger in the city, but Village Whiskey has no plans for a drive-thru - despite a cab's hitting the facade overnight.
On Facebook, the Garces Group said the restaurant at 20th and Sansom Streets would open on time at 11 a.m.
