All-you-can-eat pancakes? They're going to go like ...

IHOP, facing a flat economy, is running an all-you-can-eat buttermilk pancake deal.

It's running through Feb. 22 and can be paired with unlimited coffee.

The IHOP AYCE starts at $4.99 and is available a la carte or as part of a combo, which includes two, fluffy buttermilk pancakes, eggs any style, crispy hash browns, and a choice of pork sausage links, crisp bacon or ham. An IHOP rep says, "Pancakes are served fresh three at a time until the guest is satisfied."
