It's taken about a year, but the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board will open a Fine Wine & Good Spirits shop inside a former check-cashing agency and XXX video shop at 4301 Chestnut St. in University City.

It's taken about a year, but the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board will open a Fine Wine & Good Spirits shop inside a former check-cashing agency and XXX video shop at 4301 Chestnut St. in University City.

Ribbon-cutting of this Fine Wine & Good Spirits store will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10, 

Wine and mixed cocktail tastings will be held for those 21 and older.
