Two Philly chefs to fight on "Top Chef"
They're both Jenns, too: Jennifer Carroll of 10 Arts and Jennifer Zavala of El Camino Real will be on Season 6 of the Bravo series.

Two Philly chefs will compete on Season 6 of the Bravo series "Top Chef," and they're both Jenns:
Northeast Philly-raised Jennifer Carroll of Eric Ripert's 10 Arts in the Ritz-Carlton and well-traveled Connecticut native Jennifer Zavala of El Camino Real in Northern Liberties are among the 17 "cheftestants."
Host Padma Lakshmi will preside. Tom Colicchio returns as head judge, with Gail Simmons of Food & Wine magazine and Toby Young, a food critic.
The season is set in Las Vegas and will premiere Aug. 19 at 9 p.m.

Foodie Fact: Zavala is all about bringing "border food" to the city of Brotherly love, and takes great pride in her ability to cook Latino food - particularly Norteña and Tejas cuisines. She would have her last meal with Julia Child, and she'd let Julia do the cooking!
