Swallow for sale

Swallow, the Northern Liberties restaurant that recently switched to an all-macaroni-and-cheese menu, is for sale.

Swallow, the year-old Northern Liberties restaurant, is for sale on Craigslist. The ad does not disclose the restaurant's name, but owner Jason Caminos confirmed the offering, as the details in the ad add up.

Asking price is $185,000.

Swallow recently veered from a Euro-inspired menu to a lower-priced one based on macaroni-and-cheese dishes. It had been closed over the holidays. A sign on the door cited the death of the owners' dog, as Foobooz.com reported.

Swallow is still in business and will reopen tonight (1/8) for dinner, and tomorrow would resume regular hours (noon to 2:30 p.m. for lunch, 6-10 p.m. for dinner Tuesdays through Saturdays), said Caminos.
