Tortilla Press Cantina to reopen

Chef Mark Smith of Collingswood's Tortilla Press is trying again in Pennsauken.

On Friday (12/4) at 4 p.m., he'll reopen Tortilla Press Cantina (7716 Maple Ave., just over the Cherry Hill border), which he shut down 13 months ago.

TPC got off to a bad start. Construction on the Maple Avenue bridge began a month after the opening in November 2007.

Pennsauken has a liquor license and a lower-priced menu that blends American and Mexican dishes.
