Time/Vintage to open a bar called...

Jason and Delphine Evenchik of Wash West's Time and Vintage will open a bar a few doors from Time called...

Bar.

"Straight-up, classic neighborhood bar" is how Jason Evenchik describes the concept at 1309 Sansom St., for which they'll have several partners. They'll stock it with games such as pool tables, dartboards and foosball.

Plan is to open in October.

    Don't think so, I'm there a lot for the jazz, the group are usually better than good and the spot is always got a good number of people, great scene. We need a little Bar over this side of broad, and pool tables yeah!
