Tiffin etc. to add South Indian menu


Tiffin etc., the lighter side of the flagship location of Tiffin (712 W. Girard Ave.), is adding a half-dozen (or is that a half-dosa?) South Indian specialities to its menu, effective Friday. Prices are $4.50 to $6.95.
