Tiffin adds Indo-Chinese menu

Munish Narula, looking to pump things up at the flagship location of his Tiffin mini-chain (712 W. Girard Ave.), has rolled out a menu of Indo-Chinese dishes.

Much as Jose Garces' Chifa showcases the Chinese contribution to Peruvian cuisine, this Tiffin bill of fare - a supplement to the regulr Tiffin menu - includes dishes that reflect the culture of Chinese emigres in Calcutta. (See the Wikipedia entry.)

Menu is here.
