Hamels' Camaro gets loaded into a truck.

You wouldn't expect Cole Hamels to drive home from the ballpark after the Phils won the World Series. And get champagne all over the interior of his red 2010 Camaro? Or risk damage from the jubilant mob?

The World Series MVP arranged for a truck to take it away.

Presumably, he and his teammates have alternate transportation for a big night out.

Hamels' big day also coincided with the 30th birthday of his wife, Heidi Strobel.

Cole said he's giving the car to his wife for her birthday. Our man is only 24yo and gots him a 30yo wifey. Go for it brother!

He deserves to get more from that and hopefully a nice monetary bonus from the Phillies. Whoops sorry did I say extra money and the Phillies in the same sentence>? LOL
