The twice-stolen calf statue known as Baby Moo is now back next to its mother, Mama Moo, outside of Hope's Cookies in Rosemont, and owner Herb Spivak hopes that it will be for good.

In January 2013 and in September 2009, college kids made off with the 50-pound, 42-inch-tall baby cow from the store at 1125 W. Lancaster Ave.

In the 2009 caper, the boosted bovine had a Weekend at Bernie's-style experience at a house party near Temple. In the more recent theft, someone was seen taking it out of a taxi on Villanova's campus; the suspect fled and left Baby Moo behind.

Spivak went all out this time, adding a concrete pad and sinkers, presenting what pranksters will surely view as simply a bigger challenge.
