The Piano Bar at 20th and Arch Streets is undergoing a renovation as a beer-driven bar known as Logan.
Owner Pete Antipas been a busy guy lately, also opening Sutton's Parlor at 40 S. 19th St. with Rum Bar alumnus Adam Kanter and Grainery Restaurant Group's Matt Swartz.
At Logan (1939 Arch St.), Antipas has help from bar scene veteran Kris Hagan and Swartz, who also operates the Farmers' Cabinet.
Hagan bills Logan as a neighborhood bar featuring a beer-driven beverage program with 12 drafts, along with a few hand-crafted house cocktails and what he calls a killer food menu by chef Craig Moucha (American classics, lots of game).
Logan’s doors open March 17, 4 p.m. till late.
