TV news bits

Jamison Uhler gets an anchor's chair and his old flame Kerri-Lee Halkett prepares to take her honeymoon.

NBC10 is not talking about it, but Jamison Uhler starts in the anchor seat beside Tracy Davidson tomorrow as the station begins a newsier approach to its 5 p.m. 'cast. It's now a features-news hybrid called "All That & More." A new name for the show is on the way.

Fox29 anchor Kerri-Lee Halkett, Uhler's former flame, has been staying at a hotel in Washington Square West with her young son and her new husband, Kirt Mayland, while renovation continues at their Center City house. The couple, who eloped in October, will leave Friday for a honeymoon in Spain and Portugal.

And also unofficial is the Feb. 2 starting date of a CBS3-powered 10 p.m. nightly newscast on CW Philly. The only name mentioned so far for the anchor's chair is Dave Huddleston.
