South St.'s Core de Roma closes

The family says it wants to concentrate on its newer restaurant, a BYOB, at 337 E. Gay St. in West Chester.

Core De Roma at 214 South St,, which the Pinti family opened nine years ago, closed last week.

The jewelbox trattoria, incongruously set amid South Street schlock, previously was Ristorante San Carlo.
