Stanislaw "Stosh" Stachowski will throw open the oversize doors of Royal Cracovia, his $3.5 million Eastern Euro restaurant/bakery/banquet hall in Magnolia, Camden County, at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16.

It will serve dinner from the start from a menu roughly as large as a phone book; breakfast and lunch are to debut Friday, Oct. 25.

Intriguing: The Moscow Burger is a "10-ounce seasoned Kobe beef burger over asparagus, sour cream, crab meat and topped with a soft fried egg and sturgeon caviar."

By the way, plugging the address "510 S. White Horse Pike, Magnolia, N.J." into your GPS will send you astray. It's across White Horse Pike from Magnolia Garden Village at White Horse Pike and Jefferson Street, so use "405 S. White Horse Pike."
