Snackbar, the boite at 20th and Rittenhouse, has started a daily 5-to-7 p.m. special, offering menu selections from $5 to $7, including wine/cocktails. Clever name: "5 to 7."

Examples: margherita flatbread ($7), calamari fritte with smoked sundried tomato and horseradish aioli ($7), potato pierogies with crème fraiche and caviar ($5), all washed down with $5 bellinis (white peach puree and sparkling wine), $7 cherry lemonade martini ($7) and $5 house wines.
