Table 31's Chris Scarduzio says the ink has barely dried on a deal that will put him in Showboat Atlantic City with a 230-seat steak house called Scarduzio's.
It will replace Rib & Chophouse near the House of Blues.
Scarduzio says it will have an exposed sushi bar and late-night ultra lounge with DJ.
Opening is projected for mid-July.
He also owns Mia's in Caesars.
Scarduzio and Showboat had plans three years ago for a Italian restaurant called Scarduzio's, but that fell through.
