If I had a nickel for every "scoop" from Sal Pal that has been flat out wrong, I would be rich. Sal told us that 2007 would definitely be McNabb's last year as Eagles' starting QB, also wrote that Frank Rizzo (had he survived) would have defeated Ed Rendell for mayor in 1991. Sal is very entertaining, but I do not take too seriously anything he reports.
Like it or not, WIP is still a local station, most of 950 is not local

How can anyone like Glen on WIP? All he talks about is his pointless books of different lists that he compiles and thinks they are interesting to everyone. Honestly he brings up the book he did with Ray Diddy every 20 mins and contributes nothing that any normal sports fan couldn't contribute. He's brutal.

I have to agree. WIP is about done. I can't listen to any of them anymore. It started with Eskin, but now they somehow have ruined every timeslot they have. I just wish 950 ESPN would go on Sirius XM so I could get them consistently. Their signal doesn't reach Chester County.

The guy who should have his own show is Rob Ellis.Glen Macnow would be better,if he left out his talk about the best burger place, the best cheesesteak place, the best hoagie place, the best rib place, the best chili place, and he would also be better if he was off of WIP altogether.
Hugh Douglas is the modern day version of a court gesture.Hugh thinks they are laughing with him, when they're actually laughing at him try and sound knowledgeable.
