Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia has swapped out LP Steak - its luxe eatery fronted by chef Luke Palladino - in favor of Revolution Chop House.
Executive chef Les Bender's new menu, starting Friday, Oct. 14, focuses on classic cuts of steak and chops, plus seafood.
Bender, a 1983 grad of the Academy of Culinary Arts at what is now Atlantic Cape Community College, is well-seasoned, as they say.
He started as a banquet chef at the Trump Marina Casino, where he cooked for Donald Trump's birthday parties and events aboard the Trump Princess Yacht. From there, Bender worked at Trump Taj Mahal, Trump Plaza, Trump Marina, and Sands Casino, all in Atlantic City. He's also a certified executive chef through the American Culinary Federation.
