Restaurant notes: Stollenwerk's next project

There's more after Fathom.

A change of the guard is underway at A La Maison, the French BYO in Ardmore.

Chef/owner Darlene Moseng is expanding to Seattle to develop a new restaurant and corporate catering business at the new Amazon Corporate Center.

She'll keep her title, and chef de cuisine Sean McMonagle will remain in the kitchen.

Enter Mike Stollenwerk. The chef/owner of Fish, Little Fish, and the forthcoming Fathom Seafood Bar* will be consulting on A La Maison. His imprint will not be felt till the spring when he gets more deeply involved.

* Fathom is targeting a Feb. 7 opening at 200 E. Girard Ave.
