Restaurant notes: Khyber turning Japanese; chef for Starr's pub

  • The Khyber will be coming back at the end of September as an izakaya (as in, a Japanese bar). No music. Chef will be Todd Dae Kulper, who won great notices at the opening of Ro-Zu at Seventh and Bainbridge Streets. Here's a draft menu.
